We do not offer refunds for items. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping time greatly varies. Please allow anywhere from 1-14 business days for your package to ship.
We ship through USPS. United States packages will typically arrive within 10 business of shipping. International packages may take up to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind once a package ships, the package is out of our immediate control.
In the event of a lost package please email us immediately.
We do offer combined shipping. Each additional order placed will receive up to a 50% discount depending on weight of the package.
If you order a direct binding and are charged shipping, please email us and we will refund you if nothing is shipped.
Direct Bindings are our most popular means of delivery. They do take the most time. Please allow 14 working days for us to contact you about your binding or casting.
We issue a full refund if nothing else in the order is shipped.
We apologize but free gifts do not qualify for direct bindings.
