This very spell was at first written and cast for myself my coven sisters. We noticed that way our weight loss spell kept us trim our muscles could be more toned. We had great success with this and are more fit now then when we were teenagers.
While this an extremely powerful and effective spell the wearer still must work out or go for walks/jogs. This spell will work with your workout to achieve desired results quicker. It can also shorten the amount of time you need to work out. I personally would take my dog for a walk or slow jog and got awesome results while doing something I enjoy.
