Return Policies:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your spirit we will work to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. If you decide that you no longer want a spirit that you purchased from us please notify us immediately. We do not offer refunds. We offer store credits. Please note that we will not accept returns on certain items and after a certain amount of time has passed we will not accept returns. Before you buy please be prepared for a life time commitment with a spirit, it is very damaging for a spirit to be purchased by a keeper, then rejected and shipped back.

For spelled items we will be more then happy to recast for you. We will only recast after 90 days. Magick does take time to manifest. We do not offer refunds. We can issue a store credit but please note there will be a restocking fee.

We do not offer spirit exchanges.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service after shipping. We will do our best to make sure you get your items, but if the postal service loses the package we are not responsible for providing a refund. Please always be sure to double check your address before checking out. We always ship to the address you place on your order form.

Layaway:

Due to many instances of nonpayment we are no longer offering layaway.

Shipping:

Your item will be shipped within 10 to 14 days of payment. Please note that this does NOT include weekends. We take time and care to add special touches to each and every order; perfection and magick takes time so we appreciate your patience. I will ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation.

If you wish to upgrade shipping please email me for cost.

International buyers are welcome. I will ship First Class International or Priority Mail International. Please note that international shipping times vary. Normally it takes 14 working days. However we are at the mercy of customs. Customs can hold an item and take their time doing it so please allow up to 22 working days.

For international shipping, there is a shipping cost of $13.99. We do offer great shipping discounts. Most extra items can cost only 0.25 cents to ship. We are also willing to do a free direct binding. If you seek a direct binding or casting please proceed to checkout and email us, we will refund your shipping costs.

International buyers, if you wish to upgrade shipping please let me know. I can ship flat rate priority international for $28.00.

Please note that we remove all spirit from the site within 48 hours of shipment. After that we no longer have access to their original listings. If you would like to keep your spirit info for your records please save it IMMEDIATELY as once it is deleted we can only send you info on their abilities and their ways of communication.

Miscellaneous

If a stock picture is used in a listing and we do not state what vessel a particular spirit or spell is bound/cast to it is most likely in a glass bead or stone. We almost always have other vessel options offered for you and direct bindings or castings on both.

Please note that we do not own the copyright to some of the pictures used in our listings but we get them off of websites that allow fair use and free fantasy backgrounds. If you have artwork that you would like featured on this site please contact us. We are always happy to showcase our friends' and clients' creations!
